Maintenance and preservation of roads and equipment in the Logistics Activities Zone of the Port of Barcelona

The following preservation works are performed:
 
Horizontal signage:
Repainting existing road lines (lane dividers, roadway edge lines, stop lines, pedestrian crosswalks, arrows, symbols and words, lanes for buses, taxis, loading and unloading, no stopping and no parking signs).

 
Vertical signage:
Replacement or placement of the poster or sign, installation of steel post, sign, digging and concreting for the foundation of the signage, applying vinyl to signs/posters and business directory boards. Supply and installation of bracket and informational signage for bus stops, meeting points, and removing signage to deposit in landfill.

Installation of new signage
 
Inspection service:
Monthly review with the interventions performed during this period, as well as pending interventions.

 
Document management:

• Scheduling maintenance services and inspections.
• Creating work orders.
• Managing incidents.
• Managing storage.
• Managing technical and economic reports associated with the contract, according to the established ratios and indicators.
• Incorporation of all the technical information associated with the contract (work reports, certifications)
