The comprehensive maintenance service for the facilities of the Alto Guadalquivir health agency included in this contract includes all aspects and work relating to electricity, plumbing, masonry, air conditioning, carpentry, painting, etc. affecting the buildings, facilities and equipment forming part of the hospitals.
In addition to general facilities, the service will pay special attention to a number of critical facilities that are part of each hospital centre. Carrying out preventive, corrective and technical/legal maintenance in accordance with the regulations in force in each case.
The critical facilities of the centres are:
- Transformer substations
- Emergency power generators
- Lightning conductors
- Heat pumps (VRV)
- UPS
- Medical air compressors
- Medical air purifiers
- Fire protection installations
- Control systems
- Boilers
- Medical gas installation
Hospital network: Hospitals of Alto Guadalquivir (Andújar), Montilla, Cazorla, Sierra de Segura, Alcaudete, Alcalá la Real, Puente Genil and Valle de Guadiato.
