With a surface area of 93,000 m², the Sant Joan de Reus University Hospital serves a population of over 175,000 and it is a leading centre for vascular medicine, oncology, bariatric, plastic and thoracic surgery for the entire province of Tarragona. 

With qualified personnel available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, this service includes all the maintenance work on the hospital’s central building, as well as the conservation and repair of its equipment and installations.  In addition to the first stage intervention, general, preventive, regulatory/legal, corrective, 

conductive, predictive and proactive maintenance services are offered for the building and for specific equipment and installations.  

Improvements and repairs are made to electrics and electronics, plumbing, the water and gas pipes, heating and air conditioning, security and fire safety systems, IT and telecommunications installations, and Legionella control. 

Incident management and monitoring is carried out using the CMMS software.
