The Catalan Media Corporation (CCMA) has undertaken a comprehensive renovation of the News Broadcasting Centre (CEI) of Televisió de Catalunya, TV3, which includes studios, control centres, meeting spaces, and infrastructure to keep the facilities at the forefront of technology.
As part of this major project, renovation works on the current auditorium and its adjacent spaces are being carried out over a period of 23 weeks.
Once all furniture and accessories are removed, the sloped floor of the seating area is demolished, and the project execution begins.
The works include new partitions, flooring, and wall coverings, as well as heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), electrical, fire protection, and telecommunications installations.
