Construction of phase one of the Complejo Parroquial de San Juan Pablo II, located at Avenida Condes de Ybarra s/n, in the city of Dos Hermanas, Seville. This Parish Center is set up around a central patio that, through a perimeter gallery, provides access to all the parish offices.

In this first phase, the patio is built as well as the entire western and northern section. This project consists of the construction of two floors which form an L shape, which include all offices necessary for parish operations.
This includes the parish offices, catechism rooms, Caritas, as well as a large auditorium (which will temporarily serve as a church), and a small meeting room with a dining room to hold parish events. Also, two parish residences are located on the first floor.

Later, during the second phase, the church will be built, as well as a small chapel, in addition to a columbarium located in the basement, under the presbytery. The central courtyard will be completed and closed off during this phase as well, serving as the focal point of the project and a central hub parish life.
