This includes the parish offices, catechism rooms, Caritas, as well as a large auditorium (which will temporarily serve as a church), and a small meeting room with a dining room to hold parish events. Also, two parish residences are located on the first floor.

Later, during the second phase, the church will be built, as well as a small chapel, in addition to a columbarium located in the basement, under the presbytery. The central courtyard will be completed and closed off during this phase as well, serving as the focal point of the project and a central hub parish life.
