Construction of a multi-sport pavilion, 40 housing units, stores, and an underground parking area in Seville

Construction of a building between existing dividing walls, built in the old town of Seville, with 40 housing units, 640 underground parking spaces, and a multi-sport pavilion. There are six underground levels and four above-ground levels.

Given the presence of water in the subsoil, due to proximity to the river, this project was carried using concrete core walls and descending excavation, improving the soil at the lowest level using superjet grouting.
