Partial demolition of the old Sant Pau church in the historic quarter of Lleida, keeping two facades, previously braced, thus creating a new building with 8 floors and a basement, in order to adapt it for the School of Fine Arts in Lleida. Separate footings and perimeter walls form the foundation of the building, a metallic structure with a 6+6 composite floor and several decks.

The concrete floor is screed and varnished, with the interior walls made out of glass and wood. The new facades are created by painted masonry and a curtain wall with a solar protection made out of a micro perforated stainless steel mesh.
