Construction of a headquarters for the Regional Branches of the Government of Catalonia in Terres de l’Ebre

The building for the headquarters of the Regional Branches of Terres de l’Ebre in Tortosa has a 2400 m2 lower level which holds the building’s parking area, filing areas, general services, and offices. The 1100 m2 ground floor is where the reception, offices, and conference room are located. The 1100 m2 second floor is entirely dedicated to offices. The 900 m2 third floor has offices, and there is a roof level, where the building’s climate control facilities are located.

The building facade is masonry, with exterior insulation and a flexible stucco finish. The roof of the building is finished with Omega Zeta panels. All of the building’s flooring is made with a raised access floor made of 60 x 60 cm linoleum tiles. The drop ceiling is clad with Pladur drywall, and some areas have removable sheet metal drop ceiling panels.

The second and third floors both feature open office areas and cubicle areas where the managerial staff work. On the first floor, there is a reception area, a conference room, and an office area. The lower level has a staff parking area, a filing and storage area, offices, and general
services.
