Additional actions at the Tenerife North Airport

Actions performed:

- Removal of existing roof, placement of new 1666 sawtooth plate-style roof, increase in the gutter area, and new storm water system.

- Spot repairs with replacement of covers at old Binter offices (950 m²) and installation of new walkable waterproofing under the departures air conditioners (750 m²).

- Removal of existing roof over the main entrance canopy, placement of new plate-style roof (2,113 m²), increase in the gutter area, and new storm water system.

- Installation of new walkable waterproofing under the boarding air conditioners (400 m²).

- Increase in the gutter area, and new storm water system (330 m²) on the terminal entrance canopy (taxi stand and bus stop).

- Sealing of gutters between the walkway and the roof (10 m²).
 

- Full renovation of the southeast facade of the offices (20 m²), including new woodwork, replacement of veneering.

- Replacement of deteriorated drop ceilings and lighting (2,500 m²).

- New waterproofing for the non-walkable covers (140 m²) and points of contact with skylights.

- Waterproofing of anchors and assembly of walkway and lifeline (300 m).

- Ground Force woodwork and old Binter offices (50 m²). Reconstruction of prefab cement facade.

- Cleaning of facades and renovation of the veneering (5,000 m²).

- Also a series or repairs and structural reinforcements are planed for the metal lattices (15,000 kg).
