This project involves various refurbishment works in relation to gardening, landscaping and civil works, the most important among which are:
- Cleaning and refurbishment of the drainage network.
- Construction of a new drainage network.
- Demolition of paving.
- Treatment and waterproofing of one of the planters.
- Development of the selected recreation areas with hydraulic paving.
- Planting of new species of shrub, creation of surfaces with decorative gravel and pine bark.
- Remodelling of the programmable automated irrigation system.
This project is part of the Framework Agreement for refurbishment, repair and conservation works for all the public buildings and spaces under the authority of the Retiro District of the City Council of Madrid, Plot 4: Public Spaces.
