Services include preservation of green spaces, landscaping, artificial grass, and athletic fields of the high-maintenance sports grounds, open fields, artificial grass, and low-maintenance areas of the Municipal Athletics Board of Fuenlabrada.
The main maintenance actions to be carried out are as follows:
- Preservation of grass athletic fields (40,000 m²).
- Preservation of artificial grass athletic fields (109,000 m²).
- Preservation and maintenance of green areas and forested areas of the Municipal Board.
- Landscaping management: assessment of risk of fall, pruning of trees, replacements, etc.
- Preservation of dirt paths and recreation areas.
- Preservation of the drainage network.
- Cleaning of service areas.
- Preservation of the irrigation network.
The service areas have very different needs both in terms of frequency of work and —as in the case of artificial grass spaces— in terms of the machinery and specific works required.
