Landscaping communal areas between apartment blocks in the Trinitat Nova neighbourhood in Barcelona
Designing and carrying out landscaping for 3,550 m² consisting of several flowerbeds in the Trinitat Nova neighbourhood in Barcelona. A combination of shaded and sunny units was used in line with the features of each communal area between apartment blocks, and an automated irrigation system was installed.

Ambitec carefully selected shrubs and trees to improve the green communal areas between the apartment blocks in the Trinitat Nova neighbourhood located in the Nou Barris area in Barcelona. The landscape design for the flower beds was created based on the specific conditions and needs of each plot. For instance:
- Shaded flowerbeds were planted using combinations of Juncus effusus, Aspidistra elatior, Agapanthus africanus and Aruncus dioicus or Carex flacca, Festuca glauca, Liriope spicata, Saxifraga stolonifera, Ophiopogon japonicus, Plectranthus zuluensis, Agapanthus africanus and Juncus effusus.
- Shaded flowerbeds were planted using combinations of Juncus effusus, Aspidistra elatior, Agapanthus africanus and Aruncus dioicus or Carex flacca, Festuca glauca, Liriope spicata, Saxifraga stolonifera, Ophiopogon japonicus, Plectranthus zuluensis, Agapanthus africanus and Juncus effusus.
Sunny flowerbeds were planted using combinations of Glechoma hederacea, Lysimachia nummularia and Vinca major or Dietes grandiflora, Panicum virgatum, Muhlenbergia capillaris and Miscanthus sinensis.
In addition to supplying and planting 13,000 shrubs and 70 different tree species with their own topsoil, an irrigation system with a 9v Samcla Infinite timer was installed.
