Design, manufacturing and supervision of 1 cable grille, 1 conveyor belt, 1 rotating chain filter and 4 fixed wheel wall mounted sluices for drinking water treatment plant.
Aguas de Valencia S.A. commissioned supply of the pre-treatment equipment for the second intake line for water from the river Turia, already foreseen in the original DWTP.
This action is located within the investments intended to increase the capacity of the plant that is now 3.6 m3/s.

Technical data
Cable grille
1 automatic cable cleaning grille, 3.2 m wide and 8.5 m discharge height, with a gauge of 20 mm. Bars, discharge plate and comb made of stainless steel AISI 316L. The rest of the structure in carbon steel and finished with food grade paint.
Rotating chain filter
1 rotating chain filter with a distance between axles of 8 m, a drag wheel diameter of 1.8 m and mesh gauge of 9.6 mm. Mesh manufactured using AISI 316L stainless steel. The rest of the equipment in carbon steel and finished with food grade paint.
Wall mounted fixed wheel sluice
4 fixed wheel wall mounted sluices 1.8 m wide, 2 m high, designed for 8 metres water column load. Frames of 304L stainless steel and boards of carbon steel and finished with food grade paint.
