Equipment for storm tanks

A storm tank is a hopper that retains water responding to changes in flow and volume; its design enables it to turn quickly on its axis when the water level inside reaches a certain limit. It can also return to its resting position without using auxiliary means. The fast-opening flaps are flushing gates driven by hydraulic cylinders, releasing the water stored in an adjacent cistern and causing a small wave that cleans the surface of the tank.
