Supply and assembly of chain sieve with blocks of removable filters.

Districlima is the pioneer company in Spain in creation of a urban network of heat and cooling distribution for its use in heating, air conditioning and sanitary hot water. Its location is in the part of Barcelona urban remodelled to embrace the 2004 Forum of Cultures (seaside Besòs).

Seawater is used as an additional power source in the various heat exchange processes of the system.
The whole filtering system is designed and built up for a permanent contact with seawater.

Canals width: 1,930mm.
Canals depth: 4,050mm.
Flow: 5.300m3/h.
Inclination angle: 75º Two filter cleaning jets (inner and outer) with a 3bar pressure.

 

Materials: 
Filters: ABS.
Transport chain: stainless steel AISI 316 TI.
Chain guides: HDPE (High-density Polyethylene).
Rest of metallic parts: stainless steel AISI 316L.
