Completion of the General Road System sector named Ronda Norte, and its connection with the Ronda Este, in compliance with the provisions set forth in the current General Plan of Urban Ordinance and defined in the Consolidated Text on the Urbanization Project of the Ronda Norte in Córdoba (SGV SUP-5 RN-1 and RN-2).

The created infrastructure consists of a section of a roundabout with a fast lane with the marked character of a ring road.

The intervention is part of the Glorieta de Cruz de Juárez (pk 0+000), with a first section that is developed in parallel and at the same level as the current Ingeniero Ruiz de Azua Street, making this a service lane going northeast, with an average paved surface width of 2.5 m of medium protection, around the start of the road with a single road of 14.5 m in width with two lanes in each direction.

Attached to this road is a new service road in a south-east direction, separated by an average paved surface of 3 m, provided with diagonal parking spots and a curb with a two-way bicycle lane (2.50 m) and 3 m of curb.

A viaduct is made from two independent structures for each roadway, creating an inferior roundabout for the organization of different types of traffic, with an interior diameter of 40 m and three lanes of 4 m. This roundabout is elevated by a slope with an average of 2 m, which avoids affecting the channeling of the San Cristóbal stream.

The current section is replaced from the future roundabout up to the Fuente de la Salud by a 14 m-paved road with two lanes going in each direction, curbs of 1.5 m and a one-way bicycle lane of 1.5 m.

The old Guadalmellato canal aqueduct is replaced by a continuously ascending siphon to the junction between Escultor Julio González street and Escultor Ramón Barba street and the electrical energy lines are diverted and buried, finally placing a conveyor belt in a transversal prefabricated frame of 2x2 m in diameter, for the collection of recyclable material from the “recycling point” of the SADECO company.

In the pk 1+000 a roundabout is created which connects the new residential zone developed to the north.
