Design, manufacture and packaging of penstocks, screens, bridges, surface aerators, sand classifiers, screw conveyors and grease interceptors.
El Bayadh has a population of 100,000. It lies at an altitude of 1,313 m above sea level in the heart of the Atlas mountains. The new El Bayadh WWTP is a project promoted and financed by the Algerian Office National de l’Assainissement (ONA).
All the supplied equipment passed an initial inspection by a delegation of ONA members to Barcelona.

Technical data
Penstocks and screen bars
Penstocks
19 canal penstocks and 10 wall penstocks, made of AISI 304 L stainless steel.
Screens
2 manual screens and 4 automatic cleaning screens, made of AISI 304L stainless steel at 10 mm intervals.
Decanting bridges
2 revolving decanting bridges, 33 m in diameter, 2 longitudinal degritting bridges and 1 sludge thickener. All parts in contact with water are made of AISI 316L stainless steel.
Other equipment
16 surface aerators, 1 grease concentrator, 1 sand classifier and 1 screw conveyor.
