Building maintenance and rehabilitation
This service includes provision of integral maintenance (preventive, corrective, predictive and conductive) of all kinds of facilities, either equipment or buildings in general, covering the different specialities of installations and civil works.
Our refurbishment works may focus on punctual repairs, or integral refurbishment to update, adapt to by-laws, extend or change use of a building. Our cleaning service may be integrated in the general maintenance service or under specific contract mode.
We hold homologation to perform combustible gas installations with IG-A professional qualification and emergency call out service, as well as emergency and home operations with natural gas and maintenance of community reception installations (IRC).
