Development of the second phase of a residential complex comprising four blocks of multi-family buildings with 104 luxury homes, and a communal area with swimming pools, gardens and sports courts.

The project consists of four blocks for a total of 104 homes and includes 221 parking spaces, 16 parking spaces for two-wheeled vehicles and 104 storage rooms.

In addition, a communal area will be built with an outdoor swimming pool, garden, indoor heated swimming pool, paddle tennis court and communal areas for fitness and a multi-purpose room. The buildings are located on Carrer de Finestrelles in Esplugues de Llobregat.

The works carried out included:

  • Site clearance and excavation for the construction of the underground car park.
  • Non-trafficable inverted building roof finished with gravel on bulkheads; trafficable roof finished with ceramic tile on the rooftop; trafficable roof finished with ipe in the penthouse, and garden roof on the ground floor.
  • Dark exposed brick façades, glass and stainless steel railings.
  • Aluminium carpentry with thermal break, stacking and adjustable aluminium shutters, Iroko slatted sliding panels on aluminium frame.
  • Porcelain stoneware tiling and flooring.
  • Pladur-type laminated plasterboard partitioning with thermal-acoustic rock wool insulation inside the structure.
  • Interior carpentry with reinforced front door finished in walnut on the outside.
  • Full LED lighting. Video door station Installation of telephone and TV/SAT sockets. USB socket.
  • Installation of aerothermal system. Solar energy system for the production of domestic hot water. Installation of communal boiler and solar panels on the roof with individual metering.
  • Two lifts in each block with double boarding.
  • Garage and storage room. Motorised garage access door with remote control. Forced ventilation, temperature and CO2 detection, fire extinguishers and fire hoses. Electric car charger.
  • CCTV in communal area.
