Situated at Carrer Jaume Vicens Vives 73 on the seafront, the Torre El Rengle II building consists of 66 dwellings with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms. The first floors have terraces and the communal area boasts a solarium, showers and covered swimming pool. In addition, each car park has its own storage room. BIM (Building Information Modelling) technology is used on the site, consisting of the use of 3D digital models and a collaborative work system.

All of the elements of the building, designed by the architectural studio ON-A, have top quality finishes, some of which are listed below:

Partitioning: Interiors with laminated plasterboard partition walls with rock wool thermal and acoustic insulation on the inside. Walls made of ceramic bricks and plaster separate dwellings from common areas. Dwellings are separated by ceramic partition walls and laminated plasterboard interior wall lining with thermal and acoustic insulation.

Flooring and tiling: AC4 floating laminate flooring. Marazzi porcelain stoneware wall and floor tiles.

Heating, air-conditioning and domestic hot water: connection to the Tub Verd grid. Indoor climate control using fan coils.

Parking and storage rooms: Motorised garage access door with remote control. Exit from the car park by means of a detection card. Forced ventilation, temperature detection, CO₂ detection, fire extinguishers and fire hoses.
