The building has a total of 60 two-, three- and four-bedroom housing units with spacious terraces and two stories of underground parking with over 120 parking spaces and 60 storage areas. The property includes a communal area with an indoor pool. The building faces the sea and sits along the Mataró Marina boardwalk.

The general facade of the building is made up of horizontal strips of white GRC that define each floor. GRC is very durable against the elements and is also low-maintenance.

The housing units open as much as possible to the outdoors, capturing views and light. Vertical strips of HPL with a wood finish serve as blind faces, while in each room there are windows and/or balconies that lead directly to the outdoor terrace.

In addition to the exterior “skin”, the facade consists of an air chamber with thermal and acoustic insulation, making the unit comfortable and conserving energy.

This is the first building project for which Sorigué has used BIM technology throughout the entire course of the project.
