Sorigué begins building work on 124 homes split into two residential complexes in Dos Hermanas, Seville

Valued at a total of 21,700,000 euros, Sorigué is set to finish both projects by the first quarter of 2024. Both developments include a porch, private garden and parking spot for each home and are in the Entrenúcleos area, 15 minutes from Seville city centre.

In July, the group started building these two residential complexes for the real estate developer Vía Célere: the Nogal and Olmo developments, featuring 78 and 46 homes respectively, are in the town of Dos Hermanas, Seville.
 
Valued at a total of 21,700,000 euros (VAT excluded), Sorigué is set to finish both projects by the first quarter of 2024.
 
Célere Nogal is a residential complex made up of 78 three- and four-bedroom semi-detached homes. It is structured as a housing development, with physical access control and communal areas including two pools, green spaces, a fully equipped gym and a community lounge with a terrace. The main contractor is Ariza Grau Arquitectura y Urbanismo.

Meanwhile, Célere Olmo is a residential complex made up of 46 four-bedroom homes grouped in sets of two, three and four. The main contractor is EDDEA Arquitectura.
 
Both developments include a porch, private garden and parking spot for each home and are in the Entrenúcleos area, 15 minutes from Seville city centre.
 
Both projects feature a programme for personalising home features, such as wall finishes, floors, wardrobe, and the kitchen.
