Operation, conservation and maintenance of the brine collector in the Llobregat river basin

Work derived from the operation and maintenance of the brine collector in the Llobregat river, located in the town of Castellgalí (Barcelona) is being carried out. The service is provided in all the facilities that form part of the infrastructure, as well as in the 130 kilometres of pipeline.

A work team with various technical qualifications offers a comprehensive maintenance, prevention and correction service for the installations and their components, as well as direct management with the users. The main areas of the works are as follows:

- Preventive, predictive and regulatory maintenance tasks for all the electromechanical elements of the installation.

- Conservation of civil works and single elements

 
- Corrective maintenance and repair of possible breakdowns, leaks or breaks in the collector.
 
- Management of the operation of the infrastructure and remote monitoring on a 24/365 basis.

- Regulation of the service for various users, analytical discharge control and claim management before third parties.

Flow and level control. System monitoring and alarm follow-up.

Electrical and mechanical equipment, single elements and works.

Remote control:

By means of a 6x55" video wall and control console, equipped with several screens dedicated to the different systems.
