The main maintenance services to be carried out are as follows:
- Preservation works: cleaning and clearing, irrigation, fertilization, preservation of the structure of vegetation, preservation of grass, phytosanitary control, and recovering of pathways with sand.
- Preservation of the irrigation installations.
- Management of landscaping: assessment of risk of fall, pruning of trees and palm trees, maintenance of tree wells, replacements, etc.
