Construction of the second phase of the Velaire Residencial development in Zaragoza

Velaire Residencial is a development of 34 designer homes spread across two blocks, with a communal area featuring a swimming pool and garden, parking and storage rooms. 

The building is located in the Miralbueno area of Zaragoza, in Block No. 8 of sector 56/1, bounded by the streets Santiago Gracia Royo, Alberto Antonio Mustienes Luesma, Camino del Pilón and José María Muñoz Damián. 

Velaire Residencial stands out for its premium finishes. The homes are built to high energy efficiency standards, moving towards Passivhaus criteria.

In this respect, they are designed for very low energy consumption thanks to thermal and acoustic insulation. 

Block A consists of 12 homes, Block B of 22 units and two commercial premises, while the west block features two symmetrical, semi-detached houses. 

The basement comprises a total of 59 parking spaces and 36 storage rooms. It also includes spaces known as “bodegas”, adjoining the ground-floor homes, accessed via the terraces and created by the recesses and lightwells.
