Sorigué launches its first e-commerce website to distribute its Calcel road repair products

January 11, 2022

Sorigué’s pavement repair and asphalt solution brand, Calcel, introduces its new website, now offering its products online.

The Sorigué group introduces Calcel’s new website, its leading pavement and road repair brand, featuring the group’s first e-commerce section.

With an online catalogue split into three product groups: repair and anchoring mixtures, asphalt solutions and permeable pavements, Calcel makes it easy and intuitive for consumers to find out more about its products for a straightforward and safe online shopping experience. This is Sorigué’s way of strengthening its sales strategy and diversifying the ways it can approach clients.

Calcel manufactures sustainable and easy-to-use asphalt mixtures and repair products to lengthen the life of a wide variety of pavements found on roads and infrastructures such as ports and airports. In addition, it has become specialised in the production of cold-mix resin-bound asphalts, perfect for small road pavement repairs, and fast-setting resin-based paving grout for fastening cast iron covers.

Products such as Calcel One, which emits no gases or smoke as it does not need to be heated during production, along with the phthalate and solvent-free permeable pavement, Calcel Rob, demonstrate the brand’s commitment to the environment as it pioneers sustainable techniques and their applications.

The Sorigué group acquired Calcel, originally a French brand, in mid-2016 and, since then, its products are produced at the La Plana del Corb industrial facilities in Balaguer, where they are distributed to a variety of countries such as Spain, France and Morocco.

Calcel is part of Sorigué’s Materials division, which specialises in the production and distribution of asphalt, aggregates, concrete and pre-cast concrete for infrastructure and sanitation, along with large-sized pre-cast pieces such as ring segments.
