Comprehensive management of the judicial complex is carried out with sustainability criteria, including energy efficiency, resource conservation, and the use of materials with minimal environmental impact.
The Territorial Delegation of Justice, Local Administration, and Public Function of the Andalusian Regional Government has entrusted Sorigué with the maintenance and technical management of the facilities of Málaga’s City of Justice. The service includes all preventive, corrective, technical-legal, and modification tasks, as well as the operation of the facilities.
Málaga’s City of Justice is a 70,000 m² judicial administrative complex. Its facilities consolidate nearly all judicial bodies previously scattered throughout the city, such as the Labour, Criminal, Investigative, and First Instance courts, among others.
Sustainable management
Sorigué’s work encompasses both the buildings and the surrounding infrastructure. The team places special emphasis on sustainability aspects, such as water and energy consumption, the use of materials with minimal environmental impact, and waste management.
Services such as masonry, painting, locksmithing, welding, sanitation, and carpentry are available to meet the needs of each building, ensuring normal operation without disrupting daily activities. Additionally, a special emergency service is provided for any situation requiring a rapid response.
Large facilities
With extensive experience in building maintenance and rehabilitation services, Sorigué currently manages the comprehensive conservation and technical management of the Palmas Altas Campus (CPA), the headquarters of Seville’s City of Justice, spanning over 217,000 m².
The University of Huelva has also entrusted the company with the maintenance and conservation of its 64 buildings and infrastructure, while in Barcelona, Sorigué is responsible for maintaining 350 public buildings for the City Council. Other services in Madrid include representative buildings of the Ministries of Justice, Agriculture, and Equality, as well as iconic spaces like the Senate, ensuring their operability through Sorigué’s maintenance work.
