Sorigué begins the integral maintenance of Nasuvinsa real estate assets in Pamplona
A specialised team in prevention and repair of Urban Spaces at Sorigué will resolve incidents and carry out the necessary work for the proper functioning of homes and premises.
The public company Navarra Suelo y Vivienda, Nasuvinsa, of the Government of Navarre has entrusted Sorigué with the conditioning and adaptation works of its real estate portfolio in Pamplona so that it remains in optimal condition, preventing possible safety risks and extending its useful life.
In an initial contract, with a duration of four years, Sorigué, through its Urban Spaces business line, will be responsible for repairs and refurbishments in nine buildings and 812 housing units and premises with different ages and issues.
A team of specialists will provide a rapid response to incidents related to ordinary use, wear and tear, acts of vandalism, incidents or even misuse of the properties. For works of greater scope, such as partial or total refurbishments, coordination will be carried out with other teams.
Service for public and private buildings
As a specialist in infrastructure maintenance, Sorigué has its own human and technical resources to undertake conservation works of public and private buildings. This service includes specific repairs, refurbishments, works for adaptation to new regulations, expansion or change of use of properties.
Currently, the business group is responsible for the integral maintenance and electrical assistance in the facilities of IFEMA Madrid and is also in charge of managing the buildings of the Senate of Spain. Likewise, universities such as the University of Lleida and the University of Huelva have awarded Sorigué contracts related to conservation, repair and management tasks of their urban developments.
Also notable is the contract to keep in good condition the social housing that the Agència de l’Habitatge de Catalunya (AHC) that the group manages in Lleida and the Vallès Occidental, Barcelona. In addition, it carries out repair and integral maintenance tasks of 350 municipal buildings assigned to the districts of Eixample and Les Corts, among which are important headquarters of the Barcelona City Council.
For its operations, Sorigué has teams available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and makes use of technologies such as CMMS software that allows, among other functions, to automate maintenance tasks, extend the useful life of properties and avoid major repairs.
