Development of two projects within the Via Maris residential complex. The first consists of 81 apartments distributed across nine blocks. The second comprises 34 grouped single-family homes. Both include site development and communal swimming pools.

A total of 115 multi-family homes have been built across two real estate developments located on the Costa Daurada, in the municipality of Salou (Tarragona). The buildings have been adapted to the site’s topography, prioritising the best orientation to enhance energy efficiency and provide the finest views of the landscape in this privileged setting.
Nine blocks
In the first project for Inmo CriteriaCaixa, 81 homes with 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms are being constructed, distributed across two communities and nine blocks. The design includes a basement level, ground floor, and two upper floors. The ground-floor units feature private gardens, while the upper floors have large terraces. Energy efficiency has been a key focus for the blocks, achieved by optimising façade openings and overhangs, as well as incorporating windows with improved solar radiation control.
Special attention has also been paid to the design of the communal areas, making them more organic and seamlessly integrated into nature.
Townhouses
In another section of the plot, 34 grouped single-family homes are being built. This project, for Infinitum Resort, covers a surface area of 21,230 m², of which 6,120 m² are buildable. The housing clusters consist of two typologies: row townhouses (terraced) and semi-detached single-family homes.
The 20 terraced homes are divided into two units interconnected by a communal area with a swimming pool and leisure zone.
The remaining 14 semi-detached homes are grouped in pairs, forming seven units in total.
