It is also the centre for agribusiness, the site of the Sorigué research laboratory and a heavy materials processing centre. The PLANT offices are also located in La Plana del Corb.
 
The facilities at this industrial complex include:

Aggregate processing plant

Aggregate quarrying and treatment plant with a capacity of over two million tonnes a year, for the manufacture of natural and artificial aggregates. 

Asphalt facilities

Two hot agglomerate plants; a binder plant for manufacturing bitumen emulsions and modified bitumens; and a cold agglomerate plant.

Packaging plant for cold repair products

Automated facility for the manufacture and packaging of a wide range of products for the repair of all types of pavements.
 

Precast concrete facilities

A large-diameter reinforced concrete piping and frames factory, for sewerage works; and three voussoir factories for cladding in tunnels made with tunnel-boring machines.

Concrete plant

Concrete manufacturing plant for tanker lorries.

Mobile gravel-cement plant

Gravel-cement manufacturing plant with a capacity for 500 t/h. 

Heavy material processing and interpretation centre

Separation and concentration facility for heavy materials (including gold) in floodplain deposits processed in the aggregate facility.
