The street lighting has been brought into line with regulations, with 61% lower consumption, and the traffic light system renewed with 80% lower consumption.
Only 1,058 t of greenhouse gases will be emitted per year, helping to prevent global warming. The contract includes works on refurbishing and improving the installations.

Investments in energy savings and renewable energies
Including energy audits and savings actions in the buildings and fixtures of Tortosa Municipal Council. Also including equipment and installations that encourage energy savings and efficiency and the use of renewable energies.
