Replacement of the roof of Les Tres Torres Market in Barcelona

This project involved replacing the existing fiber cement roof of the Les Tres Torres Market with a new sandwich panel roof.

The work carried out included:

Installing a temporary pipe roof structure for protection, creating a work platform above the marketplace, and protecting the walls.

Removal of the previous fiber cement roof and the drywall drop ceiling. 

Cleaning, reinforcement, and insectproof treatment of the wooden roof truss. 

​Installation of the new roof made of steel and wood ACH panels with an 80 mm thick insulation core, 0.6 exterior metal sheet and 0.5 interior metal sheet, both painted with standard colors with a 10 mm thick OSB interior finish.
