20/40 washed natural stone
Washed natural stone ideal for inverted roofs.
Washed natural stone is a natural aggregate from the Zuera gravel pit. This gravel is mainly siliceous, formed by erosion and being carried in the water from the head of the River Gállego in the Pyrenees to the Pilatos estate, giving the grains their highly characteristic roundness.
The characteristics of this material make it suitable for use on inverted roofs. Inverted roofing has the thermal insulation on top of the impermeable barrier. It uses washed, smooth no-fine gravel and provides the perfect insulation for this type of roof, while guaranteeing durability of the impermeable membrane.
The rounded particles also make it suitable for use in the bed and cladding of pipelines and cladding for walls, providing the protection and filtering capacity required in these uses.
