The project was carried out directly on the streets of Toboso, Ervigio, del Tercio and Blasa Pérez. Civil works and landscaping renovate pedestrian areas, incorporate street furniture and improve accessibility. The most noteworthy interventions are as follows:
• Demolition of pavements and removal of kerbs.
• Demolition of the concrete-based pavement.
• Dismantling and removal of existing street furniture in the area of the works.
• Adaptation of entrances.
• General infrastructure by means of concrete slab paving in different colours, with dimensions 50×50×8 cm.

· Paving of the accesses to the selected garages with pre-cast concrete paving stones.
· Installation of 90 cm high recycled rubber bollards.
· Installation of railing for stairs and ramps, made of perforated sheet metal with handrail at double height.
· Levelling of existing manholes and replacement of ductile cast iron gratings.
This action is included in the Framework Agreement for works and actions in green areas, roads and public spaces and basic municipal sports facilities (Section 2), under the jurisdiction of the District of Carabanchel.
