With a constructed surface area of 529.80 m², the ground floor houses the reception, a sitting room, the chapel, two offices, three bathrooms, a meeting room, the library, the kitchen and the dining room, among other facilities. From the first to fourth floor, each floor has a constructed surface area of 202.10 m²

designed in an L-shape. Each has six double bedrooms and one single bedroom with en-suite bathroom, communal bathrooms, a utility room, a hallway and a staircase. The building is topped with a walkable flat roof.

A solar thermal panel system and an LPG boiler ensure a hot water supply to the entire residence. With regard to wastewater, the downspouts and drainpipes lead into an underground pipe that runs along the east corridor of the building before coming out into a catch basin.
