Construction of the new headquarters of Acsa, Obras e Infraestructuras, S.A. in Granada

Construction of a building with twointerconnected areas. One structure has two basement levels and two levels above ground, while the other structure only has two above-ground levels.

There is a slab foundation, and the structure is supported with reinforced concrete pillars and waffle slabs. The basement walls are made out of 30 cm thick reinforced concrete with a waterproof exterior coating.

The first floor enclosures are built out of precast concrete panels and the second floor has brick walls with natural stone siding. The exterior trim is made out of lacquered aluminum, while the roof is inverted with a gravel finish.

The interior floors are made out of polished concrete with added quartz in the basements and added resins on the first and second floors. The bathrooms feature ceramic tile floors. The interior divisions are made out of a double-hollow brick partition with screeded plaster.

The drop ceiling panels are made out of suspended plaster, and the interior trim is varnished wood.
