24 hour a day, 365 day a year help service for repairing incidents and urgent work on the Canal de Isabel II, Montaralaz division supply and reuse network. This service also included work such as renovation of the network in a number of streets in the Carabanchel district, in trenches and tunnels, as well as pipe reinforcement in the mountains around Madrid. This services includes incident inspection, reception and response, and the repair of incidents in a supply and reuse network serving some 500,000 people.

Renovation work on the drinking water network to improve supply in the district of Carabanchel included the removal of reinforced concrete pipes and the installation of ductile iron ones, in tunnels that also house the city’s other utilities. The pipe reinforcement work involved repairing the main water supply routes from the Picadas reservoir in the Madrid mountains to the Majadahonda storage facility, for subsequent supply to the entire community.
